Eldards is the Founder of the Organisation. Hails from Masheruka, Sheema North, West of Ankole, in Uganda. Has lived and worked in the UK for over 17 years, and loves travelling, particularly for international business. In March 2023, upon his return to the UK from his business trip to Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Middle East, he was diagnosed with Pneumonia. This inevitably kept him in the hospital for 5 days (a rapid yet miraculous recovery). In the aftermath of this horrendous experience, Eldards had a dream that "One day, all people that hail from his native Ankole (Banyankole), & living or domiciled in the UK, will unite, to collaborate on community work, & impact many." This spiritual oversight empowered him to develop a concept that led to the birth of BACO-UK.
